Rough Week, Missed Workouts

Well, up until last week I’d managed to miss very few workouts and had consistently put in lots of hours.  Unfortunately, the stress of finals hit pretty hard and I missed most of the workouts for last week.  I tried to go out and ride, but I had some serious mental fatigue and didn’t feel like it was a good idea.  I’m feeling much better now and will try to get back onto the plan.  I hope it won’t be too much of a problem, but I really don’t think I could have handled it any other way.  We’ll see… I guess life just has to interfere sometimes.

    i feel your pain. the stress from finals and the deadlines for work, i hadn’t gotten as much riding in as i should have -not to mention its been rather warm in NY so there was no excuse besides just being mentally drained from “juggling” everything. i think i will used (some of) this break to rejuvenate and get back “in gear”. good luck.
