Short Term:

  • Eat healthier again
  • Avoid burnout
  • Transition out of racing mode

    For Next Season:

    • Increase training volume
    • Reach collegiate A level fitness
    • Start a solid weight regiment in October

    10mi Time Trial (PB: 24:17):

    • 24:00 by end of Summer
    • 26:15 by April
    • 26:00 by mid-April
    • 25:30 by mid-June
